TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. SPX Express will host an entertainment program for Sellers where the Seller who meets the minimum average order requirement or with the highest number of orders during the Program Period will have the opportunity to win a trip to New Zealand (“Program”). By participating in this Program, the Seller is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed below (“Terms & Conditions”).
  2. For the avoidance of doubt:
  3. “Seller” means a seller who uses SPX Express services for delivery of goods.
  4. “Program Period” means July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026.
  5. The criteria for Sellers eligible to participate in the Program are set out in Section A of these Terms and Conditions. The criteria for selecting winners are set out in Section B of these Terms and Conditions.
  6. The seller agrees that SPX Express may make adjustments or updates to these Terms and Conditions. Any such adjustments or updates will be notified to the Seller.
  7. This program is free of charge, all costs including accommodation , travel, visa, up to gift tax, are fully covered by SPX Express. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
  8. In the event that the Seller is selected as the winner, the Seller agrees and understands that:
  9. SPX Express may request, and the Seller is obliged to submit all documents, data, and information necessary for travel arrangements, including those requested by authorities or travel agents. The Seller agrees and grants SPX Express the right to submit related data, including the Seller's personal data, to relevant third parties for the purpose of making travel arrangements, including processing travel documents.
  10. The assessment of the completeness of documents, data, information, including those related to travel visas, is at the sole discretion of the local embassy authorities and is not an assessment of SPX Express. SPX Express cannot guarantee that the travel visa processing documents will be accepted by the embassy authorities and the Seller releases SPX Express from any matters that may arise in connection with the processing of the travel documents.
  11. In the event that the Seller is late in submitting documents, data, information, within the deadline set by SPX Express and/or is unable to participate in the trip due to rejection of visa documents by the local embassy authorities, SPX Express will select another Seller as the new winner.
  12. SPX Express's decisions on all matters related to the Program are final and binding. SPX Express reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice to any party. All updates or changes to the SPX Express Terms & Conditions will be published on the Program leaderboard page. SPX Express has the right to suspend, stop, cancel and/or withdraw prizes if SPX Express finds any indication of fraud or misuse by the Seller.

A. PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

  1. Participants in this program are selected sellers who use SPX Express delivery service every day from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2026, and meet the requirement of a minimum average order growth of 10% quarter over quarter during the program period.
  2. Participants do not need to make a special registration to participate in the Program.
  3. Participants who fail to meet the specified program participation requirements will be deemed to have failed and may be disqualified from this program.
  4. This program does not apply to or cannot be participated in by shareholders, directors, commissioners, employees, agents (including shareholders, directors, commissioners and their employees) and partners (including shareholders, directors, commissioners and their employees)from Shopee and SPX Express.

B. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The winners are divided into 4 (four) categories as follows:
  • The average number of daily shipments taken into account is the daily shipments for orders that were successfully shipped (delivered) obtained through SPX Standard, SPX Economy, and SPX Pickup delivery services.
  • The average number of daily shipments taken into account can be combined from both Shopee and non-Shopee sources (if any) for a single store (one Shopee Shop ID can be combined with multiple non-Shopee Shop IDs under one SPX account).
  • Participants can see their position in terms of average daily deliveries via the Program leaderboard page which will be updated at the beginning of each quarter based on the previous quarter's position.
  • The decision to determine the winner is absolute from SPX Express and cannot be contested.
